Dog Fouling

Dog fouling has been reported in the area recently.

I have been in touch with the borough council who tell me that for action to be taken against the offender, the council need to have the address of the offender before any action can be taken! The name of the offender is not required.

I am told that this arrangement is an effective way to deal with the problem.

If the fouling is bad enough the council will come out to clean the area.

The phone number to ring at the council is 742571 which is Environmental Services.

The name of the person reporting the offence remains anonymous.
