CLOUGH HALL RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 12th JULY 2005
PRESENT : Graham Sutton (Chairman),Michael Moore(Vice Chairman) Kath Viles ( Secretary ),Correna Gallacher ( Treasurer ),Brian Collis, Suzanne Stanier, John Gallacher .
GUESTS : Clr Mary Maxfield ,Clr Silvia Burgess ( Town Mayor Kidsgrove )

- WELCOME / INTRODUCTION AND THANKS
These were given by the Chairman Graham Sutton

- Chairman introduced the Committee
- Chairman advised that an Account now opened at Britannia Building Society Kidsgrove for Clough Hall Residents Association . Three signatories are Graham Sutton , Correna Gallacher , Suzanne Hamilton Stanier .
- Two points put to the Floor : -
Dissolution - Unanimously agreed that any Assets remaining to be donated to Charities.
Venue - Agreed to review later in the year .
- Chairman advised that £66.30 raised at Kidsgrove Cricket Club .
- 2 ISSUES AND PROBLEMS ( KATH VILES )
- The whole Meeting was taken up with Residents explaining the Problems and Issues' they have . These were written up on a Flip Chart .
- At the End of the Meeting it was agreed that the Two Issues' to concentrate on first were Issues' surrounding Clough Hall School and the Home at Westmorland.
- It was also agreed that the Committee would consolidate these Issues and would form the initial base for our first few Meetings.
- It was also agreed that once the Committee had completed the consolidation a copy of the listing would be handed in to the Police .

- Minutes of last Meeting were circulated and accepted as a true record.

- No points were raised and the Meeting was closed .
